CPPCD honors Fischer with Lumen Gentium Award The Conference for Pastoral Planning and Council Development gave Mark Fischer its Lumen Genium award during the CPPCD's 32nd Annual Convention at theWyndham City Center Hotel, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on April 12, 2005. Rick Krivanka of Cleveland (l.) introduced Fischer and presented the award. In his acceptance speech, Fischer spoke of the vocation of the planner and council developer.
